Extended Warranty

If your product breaks down due to an electrical or mechanical fault, this warranty means you will be supported and entitled to as many replacement parts (and labour) as are required during the two year warranty period.

If your product breaks down, we will send loan equipment by courier and collect your item for repair at our factory.

What’s included:

• All parts resulting from electrical or mechanical faults
• Loan equipment whilst yours is being repaired
• All courier costs to/from our factory resulting from breakdowns, including shipment of DWS loan equipment
• Priority service line for instant telephone support
• Labour

What’s NOT included:

• The replacement of regularly replaced items/consumables
• Any cosmetic damage (eg. rust, scratches, etc.)
• Repair of damage resulting from accident, misuse, neglect, flood or fire
