The December edition of New Design magazine is their 100th edition and in order to mark this milestone, they published their ‘100’ list. The Whitley A35 Workstation appears in this list for the design of the instant access porthole system.
The magazine asked consultancies and design-conscious businesses to nominate exceptional pieces of work for inclusion in the ‘100’ and the result is an impressive collection of contemporary design that will serve as a source of inspiration for the future.
Alistair Welch, Features Editor of New Design, said in his introduction that the 100th edition celebrates: “… outstanding work in product design and the broader creative world.”
The Whitley A35 features alongside some remarkable product designs, for example: the Shirtshuttle case for commuter transport of crease-free shirts; a low energy cordless vacuum cleaner; a stand-alone water purification system; a hydrogen fuel cell motorcycle; a full body 3D imaging scanner; a luxury yacht; and a wireless, voice-controlled ‘laptop’ to wear on your head.
The Whitley A35 Anaerobic Workstation is just one additional example of the innovative design capability of Don Whitley Scientific!
